Check out our "Stacker Lunch" menu.  Each item is designed for the lighter appetite.

 

Smoked Ruby Trout Appetizer- fresh ruby red trout smoked over herbs and

topped with bourbon berry compote

Sugar Bacon Asparagus Appetizer- tender asparagus wrapped in our sugar bacon 

roasted and set over tarragon mayo and balsamic grilled tomato

 

Chorizo Crunch-  fresh ground pork mixed with onions and seasonings grilled and

topped with pepper cheese, black beans, green chili sauce, and garlic mayo

with baby arugula.

 

Zucc Tawook- zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion marinated in a lebonese tawook

sauce and roasted with feta cheese served on flat bread with chick pea spread and

baby spinach

"DESSERTS” 

Drunkin' Berry Buckle-  mixed berries baked between cake batter and cobbler crust. 

Pecan Bread Pudding- served with maple-butter ice cream
